Hello, Welcome to In Form!
ALEXIS PEÑA
OWNER, PILATES INSTRUCTOR &
LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST #MT137440
Hello, I’m Alexis! I’m delighted you’ve found me here. As the founder and owner of In Form Pilates & Bodywork, I’ve been a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor since 2017 and a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2022. My passion lies in movement, and I’m thankful for the opportunity to educate, support, and share Pilates with my clients. My inherent curiosity about the human body has led me to expand my practice into bodywork, enabling me to help my clients find relief and relaxation from everyday stress and chronic pain. I believe that everything is connected, and the more knowledge I gain, the more I can share. My ultimate goal is to help people enhance their daily lives and find joy in their own bodies.
Originally from Newington, CT, I now live in North Austin with my husband and our energetic pup, Mookie. I’ve been dancing since age seven and have had the fortune of being exposed to various somatic practices throughout my training. While in college, I formally studied Pilates and was instantly smitten. It became my go-to-warm-up for classes and performances and played a crucial role in rehabilitating injuries. I’m excited to work with you and share the power of Pilates and bodywork!

Molly Siegler
PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Molly is a seasoned Pilates Instructor who studied the Stott Pilates method focusing on biomechanics, modern movement and exercise science. She is comprehensively certified and trained as a pre- and post-natal exercise specialist. She brings her wealth of Pilates knowledge to our studio, offering not only creative and challenging flows, but holistically feel-good vibes that leave you feeling taller, ironed out and energized.
Molly has been moving since she was young, staying active as a competitive swimmer and track athlete, playing basketball into college and always walking and hiking. “Pilates is a beautiful lifelong practice that has made me feel the absolute strongest in my life and i so love sharing that connection with others.”
When she isn't in the studio, Molly is likely playing with her effervescent and imaginative 5-year-old daughter or baking challah between long walks.
