Pilates Session
Pilates is a full body movement practice that serves to support alignment, tone the body and deepen the mind-body-spirit connection. It is a system of exercises that are performed either on a mat or on the Pilates apparatuses. Using body weight and spring resistance, the body is offered feedback to find a deeper connection to breath, coordination, balance, flexibility and strength. Each session is catered to the individual needs and goals of the student through the use of props and modification/progressions.
MELT Session
The MELT Method® (MELT®) is a simple self-treatment designed to help you stay healthy, youthful, and active for a lifetime. MELT can reduce the effects of accumulated tension and stress caused by daily living. This full-body method of self-care can be customized to your particular needs – from improving performance and decreasing the risk of repetitive stress injuries to eliminating chronic pain, regardless of what’s causing your pain in the first place.

Cancellation Policy
Privates and Duet sessions have a 24-hour cancellation policy.

All classes have a 12-hour cancellation policy.

If you do not show up to a session or need to cancel after this time frame, the session credit will be waived. Otherwise, please contact In Form Pilates as soon as you know you can’t make it and we will happily help you reschedule!
